Together with your family and friends, experience the pleasure and beauty of yachting. The distinction of this trip is that, if you like, you may choose the itinerary yourself, taking the wind and waves into consideration. Choose the area of Aruba that attracts you to visit, and we will take your group—up to 12 people—there privately. Alternatively, Captain could advise you on the ideal locations according to the weather conditions for your planned journey.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund without penalty shall be given if the charter is cancelled at least 1 week prior the sailing date. 25% cancellation fee within the week till 3 days prior and within the 3 days prior NO refund.
A full refund will be provided If the charter is cancelled by Adventure Sports Aruba
We are also not cancelling the trip with rain. In Aruba it can rain, but not long. Only with a storm, but there are no boats going out then.
Security Allowance: $250 damage/missing on board.
In case of minor expenses or damage, we will claim up to this amount as an additional charge. We add $250 to your deposit invoice and after your trip we will refund it within 3 days (if everything is left in good condition, without damage/defects). Whether everything is left in good condition and nothing is missing will be discussed with you afterwards with the staff before you leave the boat.
Payment terms and conditions:
1 - Payment Link is sent to pay a small deposit to secure your charter.
2 - Payment link sent online 3-5 days in advance of the start of your trip with a surcharge of 6% credit card costs and 7% tax, together this is 13%. There are no negotiations possible about this. We will send the payment link.
3 - in cash without this 13% on the day of sailing, provided you buy extra food/drinks, this must be paid online at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
When paying the remaining amount, a $250 security fee will be added. Here too, the following applies: pay cash in advance for the trip and then you will receive the money back immediately afterwards in cash or online with the necessary costs and you will also have it refunded in the same way.

WIFI and the deluxe audio system with bluetooth to connect your music is included in the service.

For your request you can choose <3> bottles of alcohol, which you may compose from the following options, this is included your price:

- 12 cans of local Chill beer instead of 1 bottle of alcoholic beverages (NO bottles allowed!)

Snorkeling Stop
> By 2 hours a snorkel stop of maximum 25 minutes (also depending how many people are on board!) It takes place in consultation with the captain. Route is to Mangel Halto.
> By 3 hours and up the route will be discussed with you and the captain on the day of boarding.
Sailing route
Your route will be discussed with you and the captain on the day of boarding. The number of hours to sail, wind and possibly high waves and the desired snorkeling/swimming moment are taken into account
Security Allowance: $250 damage/missing on board
On the day of boarding you have to pay "extra in cash $250", which you will get back after the trip is finished.

We don’t provide transport from your hotel to the harbour, so you have to arrange on time at the reception of your hotel or accommodation. After agreeing the date, start and the end time of your boat trip is known, then you can make a reservation.

We only provide private charter in most regions, which means a boat trip with no other passengers, you rent out the entire boat with a Captain/ skipper just for your own group/ party. Yet in some regions, we do also provide shared charters. A shared charter is a fantastic choice if you would like to interact with new people and make new friends. Moreover, it reduces the cost of the trip.
