Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

- Full Refund: Receive a full refund for any charter cancellation made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

- Partial Refund: Cancellations initiated within 72 hours of departure are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

- Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a charter, a full refund will be issued to you.

- Weather Conditions: Should storm conditions occur on the day of your charter, we will make every effort to reschedule your trip. If rescheduling is not feasible, your deposit will be fully refunded.
